Booking.com

Booking.com has over 2 million properties to choose from in over 229 countries around the world. What I like about this platform is you pay the balance when you arrive at the destination. Meaning you have time to save up for your well earned trip!

Transport

Megabus

I've taken the Megabus from Scotland all the way to France, countless journeys all throughout the U.K. and even recently travelled city to city in the USA.

Megabus provides low cost travel which can be booked online. The coaches are equipped with free WiFi, on board toilets and power sockets.

If you are a budget traveller like me, check out the Megabus below.

Kayak

My favourite way to search for flights is through Kayak. This easy to use search engine allows you to trawl through 63 different airlines for the best flight deal. With over 2 Million annual searches across their portfolio Kayak will find the deals for you. The also have a "go anywhere" option to provide you with travel inspiration based on the cost.

Rome2rio

This helpful website: Rome2rio searches any city, town, landmark, attraction or address across the globe with thousands of multi-modal routes to easily get you from A to B.

It's helpful for providing price estimates on how much a journey will cost. Enter any address, landmark, or city as your destination and they will instantly display all your travel and booking options, along with information about accommodation and things to do, in one convenient spot.
